NOW Foods HMB 500mg contains Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate (HMB), a naturally occurring metabolite of the essential amino acid leucine. Each serving of two capsules provides 1,000mg HMB, from Calcium B-Hydroxy B-Methylbutyrate Monohydrate.

This formula also contains Calcium and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) alongside HMB. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus.

Presented in easy-to-swallow vegetarian capsules made from hypromellose, this product is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is free from gluten and lactose. Usage & Dosage

Take 2 capsules 2 to 3 times daily with food. For best results, use alongside a training programme.
