NOW Foods ZMA is a carefully formulated sports recovery supplement that combines Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B-6 — three nutrients that play an important role in normal physiological function and overall wellbeing. Each dose contains these essential micronutrients in readily available forms: Zinc Mono-L-methionine, Zinc Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate and Pyridoxine HCl.

Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal testosterone levels in the blood. Magnesium contributes to a reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal muscle function. Vitamin B6 contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

NOW Foods ZMA comes in vegetarian capsules, with flexible dosing for both men and women. With 180 capsules per pack, one package provides up to 60 doses for men or 90 doses for women, offering excellent value for ongoing daily use.

Usage & Dosage

Men: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking the supplement together with dairy products or other calcium-rich foods or supplements.
Women: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking the supplement together with dairy products or other calcium-rich foods or supplements.
