NOW Foods MCT Oil is a pure, unflavoured liquid oil extracted from coconut oil and palm kernel oil, providing 14 g of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT) per tablespoon. Each serving provides an exact blend of 50% caprylic acid (C8) and 30% capric acid (C10).

With no added ingredients and a neutral taste, it mixes easily into smoothies, coffee, salad dressings and sauces.

Made by NOW Foods in a GMP-certified facility, this 473 ml bottle contains approximately 32 servings. The simple, single-ingredient formula means you know exactly what you're getting — pure MCT Oil, nothing else.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 tablespoon (15 mL) daily. MCT oil can also be used as a replacement for regular oils in salad dressings, sauces or cooking. Not recommended for deep-frying due to its low smoke point.
