NOW Foods Phosphatidyl Serine 100mg provides a carefully composed blend of important phospholipids and nutrients in a convenient vegetarian capsule. Each serving contains 100mg Phosphatidyl Serine from SerinAid® soy lecithin, together with 100mg Choline and 50mg Inositol.
Choline contributes to normal lipid metabolism and the maintenance of normal liver function.
