NOW Foods NutraFlora® FOS Pure Powder provides 5,000 mg fructooligosaccharides (FOS) per serving. NutraFlora® is a well-established, highly refined FOS ingredient used widely in foods and dietary supplements around the world.

Each 5 g serving provides 5 g of dietary fibre, which corresponds to 20% of the recommended daily intake. The tasteless powder dissolves easily in water, juice or other drinks, and can also be stirred into soft foods, making it easy to incorporate into your existing routine.

Usage & Dosage

As a dietary supplement, start with 1/2 teaspoon daily mixed in water or juice. Gradually increase the amount up to 2 teaspoons daily, as desired. For maintenance use, consume 1/2 teaspoon daily.

Keep the lid tightly closed and store in a dry place at room temperature. Consult a doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding, if taking medication, or if you have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat the enclosed desiccant packet.
