NOW Foods CoQ10 with Omega-3 combines 60 mg of Coenzyme Q10 with 250 mg of natural fish oil concentrate in one convenient softgel. CoQ10 is a naturally occurring substance found in practically all of the body's cells. This formula combines it with omega-3 fatty acids — including EPA and DHA — to support a well-balanced daily diet.

Each softgel also contains 200 mg of soy lecithin along with vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopherol plus mixed tocopherols).

Capsule shell: bovine gelatin (BSE-free), glycerin, water, annatto extract, carob.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.
