NOW Foods CoQ10 with Selenium & Vitamin E combines three nutrients in one convenient softgel. Each serving provides 50 mg of Coenzyme Q10 together with meaningful amounts of Vitamin E and Selenium in a fat-based softgel.

These are approved health claims under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006. Coenzyme Q10 is a naturally occurring substance found in practically all cells in the human body and is commonly used as a dietary supplement.

Made by NOW Foods in a GMP-certified facility, this formula contains d-alpha tocopherol – the natural form of Vitamin E – and L-Selenomethionine, a highly bioavailable organic source of selenium. The softgels are suspended in rice bran oil to support the absorption of these fat-soluble nutrients.

Usage & Dosage

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.
