Usage & Dosage
Take 2 tablets daily. Due to the size of the tablet, take with 8 oz. of water or another beverage.

People with a known allergy to shellfish should not use this product. For adult use only. Consult a physician if pregnant/nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat the moisture-absorbing packet. Store in the bottle. Natural colour variation may occur in this product.
