NOW Foods Liquid Multi Wild Berry is a complete, iron-free multivitamin and mineral formula in a convenient liquid form, providing 23 essential vitamins and minerals along with complementary plant extracts and functional nutrients in every tablespoon. The formula is designed for adults and children aged 4 and up, and the liquid form allows for flexible dosing – perfect for those who prefer an alternative to tablets or capsules.

Each 15 ml serving contains a broad spectrum of B vitamins — including Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, B-6, Folate, B-12, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Riboflavin contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Usage & Dosage

Shake well. For adults: take 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily with a meal. For children aged 4 and up: take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily with a meal.
