NOW Foods ADAM Men's Multiple Vitamin is a complete multivitamin in tablet form, specially formulated with men's nutritional needs in mind. Each tablet contains a broad spectrum of essential vitamins and minerals — including vitamins A, C, D, E, K and all the B vitamins — together with plant extracts and specialty ingredients such as Saw Palmetto, Lycopene, CoQ10, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Lutein.

The formula contains high-quality, bioavailable forms of key nutrients: zinc and copper as TRAACS® bisglycinate chelate, vitamin B-12 as Methylcobalamin, selenium as L-Selenomethionine, and vitamin B-6 including the active form Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P-5-P). Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Copper contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.
