NOW Foods Vitamin B-12 Liposomal Spray offers a high-potency combination of B vitamins in a convenient sublingual spray format. Each spray contains 1 000 mcg Vitamin B-12 as Cyanocobalamin, together with Vitamin B-6 and Folate.

The liposomal delivery system uses phospholipids to help encapsulate the active ingredients, supporting effective uptake when held under the tongue for 20 seconds before swallowing. The formulation also contains Trimethylglycine (Betaine) and is naturally sweetened with Stevia extract, giving a pleasant raspberry flavour without artificial sweeteners.
