Psyllium husks with apple pectin, 700 mg - 360 vegetable capsules

DESCRIPTION:

Psyllium husk and apple pectin can be a convenient way to increase your dietary fibre intake. Psyllium husk has the ability to swell up to 50 times its initial volume when added to liquid.

INGREDIENTS:

Psyllium husk powder (Plantago afra), capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose); apple pectin (powdered), anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids, silicon dioxide).

Ingredients:	4 capsules:
psyllium husk powder (Plantago afra)	2800 mg
apple pectin (powdered)	200 mg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

2 capsules 2-3 times daily, taken with a glass of water, minimum 240 ml of water. The contents of the capsule can also be sprinkled and taken with a meal (e.g. yoghurt), remembering to drink a glass of water for every 2 capsules of the preparation consumed.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the preparation.
