Psyllium Husks Whole powder

Ingredients: Psyllium husk (seed husk).

Directions for use: Vigorously mix 1 to 2 level teaspoons of powder with a minimum of 1.5 cups (355 ml) of water or juice and consume immediately, once a day. While using the product, drink an additional 1-2 cups of water daily.

Note: Do not exceed the recommended daily portion for consumption. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Store away from light at room temperature. Contraindications: The product is not intended for pregnant women, breastfeeding women or children. For adults only. Taking it without a minimum of 1.5 cups of water may cause choking. Do not use in case of esophageal narrowing or difficulty swallowing, or hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. Do not take at the same time as medications or other supplements, as this may limit their absorption. A minimum interval of 4 hours should be kept between taking the product and medications.
