Glucomannan from Konjac Root provides 1,725 mg of glucomannan per serving, across 60 servings, for a simple and consistent daily intake of this well-studied dietary fibre. Extracted from the konjac root (Amorphophallus konjac ), glucomannan is a water-soluble fibre that has been evaluated by EFSA and is approved under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.

Each serving of three vegetable capsules is intended to be taken with plenty of water before a meal, making it easy to fit into a daily routine. Usage & Dosage

Take 3 capsules 1 to 2 times daily with at least 8 oz. (about 240 ml) of water, 30–45 minutes before a meal.

Warnings

For adult use only. Use this product as recommended. Without drinking enough fluid, the product may swell in the throat and cause blockage or choking. Avoid use if you have ever had narrowing of the oesophagus or difficulty swallowing. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Keep out of reach of children. Do not eat the enclosed moisture-absorbing packet.
