Essential oil, cardamom - 10 ml

DESCRIPTION:

Oil obtained from cardamom seeds by steam distillation. Aromatherapy practice uses this oil as an antiviral and calming agent.

INGREDIENTS:

Elettaria cardamomum(Cardamom) Oil.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

For use in aromatherapy. For all other uses, dilute carefully before use with a carrier oil such as jojoba, grapeseed, olive or almond oil. Suggested dilution ratios can be found in an essential oil reference book or other professional reference source.

To preserve the properties of essential oils, store them at room temperature and in the original bottle. Avoid storing the oils near any source of heat.

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor before use. Keep out of reach of children.
