COMPOSITION:

L-theanine, inositol, capsule component: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium salts of fatty acids).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily with a glass of water, preferably with a protein-free meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:
