COMPOSITION:

L-tryptophan, capsule ingredient: glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), rice starch, antioxidant (fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (vegetable fatty acids).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

Take 1 capsule daily in the evening with a glass of water, preferably with a protein-free meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

L-tryptophan may cause drowsiness, so it is best to take the product before bedtime.
The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers.
Do not use during pregnancy, breastfeeding, in case of liver disease, alcohol consumption, driving vehicles, or hypersensitivity to any ingredient of the product. People taking antidepressant medication (SSRIs, e.g. fluoxetine, sertraline; MAOIs, e.g. moclobemide; St. John's Wort preparations) should consult a doctor before using this product.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements must not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

STORAGE:

Store in a dry place away from sunlight, at a temperature up to 25°C, out of reach of small children.
A possible change in tablet colour is a natural process and does not affect the quality of the product.
Do not consume the sachet with the absorber (oxygen, moisture), keep it in the packaging.
