Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 serving (11.5 g / 1 level scoop) with 400 ml of ice-cold water. Amino EAA can be consumed before training, during training and after training. Amino EAA can also be taken between meals to support recovery and performance. Amino EAA can be taken on non-training days.
