Naughty Boy Hydration is an electrolyte powder with no sugar and no calories. With over 2400mg of electrolytes per serving — delivered through a blend of Potassium Citrate, Magnesium Citrate, Sodium Citrate, Calcium Carbonate and Pink Himalayan Salt — every scoop combines these minerals into a refreshing drink to use during and after training.

Each serving also contains Taurine, Creatine Monohydrate and the in-house blend MitoReds — a broad spectrum of fruit and plant complexes including Red Beetroot, Pomegranate, Sour Cherry, Acai, Blueberry, Maqui, Camu Camu and more. The formula is sweetened with Stevia and contains no added sugar.
