Usage & Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take one scoop (50g) of Karbolyn Fuel and mix into 16 oz of water in a shaker. Before training: Drink 1 serving 30 minutes before training. During training: Sip 1 serving throughout your workout. After training: Drink 1 serving after training.
