Usage & Dosage
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 serving (1 scoop, approx. 28 g) in a shaker with 16 oz (approx. 473 mL) of water.
Before exercise: Drink 1 serving 15–30 minutes before exercise.
During exercise: Sip 1 serving during exercise.
After exercise: Drink 1 serving after exercise.
For teams: Mix one bottle (4 lb 1.5 oz) into 10 gallons of cold water and stir.
