Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a refreshing hydration powder with an Orange Soda flavour. Each 5g serving blends CocoMineral® — a premium coconut water extract that naturally provides sodium and potassium — with a carefully composed combination of B vitamins, Vitamin C and Elderberry Fruit Extract, for a flavourful and convenient powder to enjoy throughout the day.

Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system and reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

CocoMineral®, malic acid, Elderberry Fruit Extract 10:1, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), flavouring, silicon dioxide, sweetener (sucralose), anticaking agent (silicon dioxide), vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), manganese gluconate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B7 (biotin), colour (red E122).

Usage & Dosage

Add 1 level scoop (5g) to at least 500ml of water. Shake vigorously and drink. Take 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal fluid balance.
