About Conteh Sports – Hydra Flow, Cola Bottle – 300g
Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a refreshing hydration powder, designed to complement your daily fluid intake. Each 5g serving contains CocoMineral® — a premium coconut water extract — together with Elderberry Fruit Extract, a thoughtful blend that supports your hydration throughout the day.
Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Biotin (vitamin B7) is also included in the formula.

Usage & Dosage
Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to at least 500ml of water, shake well and drink. Use 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration balance.
