Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a refreshing hydration powder in Summer Fruits flavour, designed to support your daily fluid and electrolyte intake. Each 5g serving provides you with Cocomineral®, a premium coconut water extract, together with a targeted blend of vitamins and minerals that complement an active lifestyle and help you keep track of your hydration goals.

The formula contains Vitamin C together with Manganese. Manganese contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.

Ingredients

Cocomineral®, malic acid, elderberry fruit extract 10:1, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), flavouring, sweetener (sucralose), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid), manganese gluconate, Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), Vitamin B7 (biotin), red colour (E122).

Usage & Dosage

Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to at least 500ml of water, shake vigorously and consume. Use 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration balance.
