Conteh Sports Hydra Flow is a refreshing hydration powder with a Pineapple Crush flavour. Each 5g serving delivers a carefully formulated blend of Cocomineral®, Elderberry Fruit Extract 10:1 and a comprehensive vitamin complex, making it a convenient supplement for active people who want to maintain optimal fluid balance throughout the day.
Hydra Flow provides 300mg Vitamin C per serving — 375% of the reference intake. Vitamin C contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Manganese contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue and protection of cells from oxidative stress.
With 60 servings per 300g tub, Hydra Flow is easy to use — just mix one heaped scoop in at least 500ml of water and enjoy. The light, fruity flavour makes staying hydrated genuinely enjoyable during a hectic day or an intense workout.

Usage & Dosage
Add 1 heaped scoop (5g) to at least 500ml of water, shake vigorously and consume. Use 1–3 servings throughout the day for optimal hydration balance.
