Performance Fuel by Trained by JP is a carbohydrate powder built around Cyclic Dextrin — an easily soluble carbohydrate source — designed to dissolve evenly.

Each serving also contains Magnesium and Calcium from Aquamin — a mineral complex from marine algae.

Performance Fuel comes in the refreshing Berry Burst flavour and comes in a generous 1000g tub that provides 40 servings. It is free from artificial colours — using beetroot red as a natural colouring — and is suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Ingredients

Cyclic Dextrin, Acidity Regulator (Malic Acid), Marine Algae (Aquamin MG, Aquamin F), Flavouring, Colouring (Beetroot Red), Sweetener (Sucralose).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (25g) with 750ml water or 2 scoops (50g) with 1 litre of water and drink during your workout. Depending on your carbohydrate needs, mix 1–2 servings (25g–50g) with cold water to your desired concentration and drink throughout your workout.
