Puritan's Pride Lutein 20 mg with Zeaxanthin provides a combination of two naturally occurring carotenoids in a convenient softgel taken once daily. Each softgel contains 20 mg Lutigold™ Lutein along with 800 µg Zeaxanthin, two nutrients naturally found in the eye.

With 120 softgels per pack, the product lasts four months at the recommended usage. The softgels are formulated with safflower oil.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take one (1) softgel daily, preferably with a meal.
