Trained by JP D3 & K2 delivers a powerful combination of two vital fat-soluble vitamins in one convenient capsule. Each dose contains 3000 IU (75 µg) vegan Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol) together with 200 µg premium Vitamin K2 MK-7 in the form of K2VITAL DELTA — a micro-encapsulated, highly stable form of MK-7 developed for consistent strength and bioavailability.

Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones, the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. Together, these two vitamins are widely regarded as complementary partners in supporting bone and cardiovascular health.

Each capsule is made from Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), making this formula fully suitable for vegans and vegetarians. With 60 capsules per pack and a recommended dose of one capsule in the morning and one in the evening, each pack lasts 30 days at the standard dosage, or offers flexibility to adjust intake during periods of limited sun exposure.

Usage & Dosage

Take one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the evening. (During periods of low sun exposure, 2–3 capsules per day may be necessary.)
