Trained by JP Sustain Berry Burst is a carbohydrate and fluid powder for intake during training. Each 30g serving contains a formulated Tri-Carb Blend of Cyclic Dextrin, Fructose and Barley Flour.

The formula also contains CocoMineral® – a premium coconut water powder – together with Glycerol Monostearate and Pink Himalayan Salt. The 1800g tub provides 60 generous servings, making it a practical and cost-effective choice for athletes who train regularly.

Sustain Berry Burst tastes best when sipped at a steady pace throughout your training session rather than all at once. Trained by JP recommends combining Sustain with a separate MPS MAX or EAA product to complement your amino acid intake during training.

Ingredients

Barley Flour (gluten), Cyclic Dextrin, Fructose, CocoMineral® (as Coconut Water Powder), Glycerol Monostearate, flavouring, acidity regulator (citric acid), Pink Himalayan Salt, colouring (red beetroot powder), sweetener (sucralose).

Note: Ingredients may vary slightly depending on flavour. The colouring agent in the Berry Burst flavour is red beetroot powder; other flavours may use beta carotene.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (30g) with 750ml water, or 2 scoops (60g) with 1 litre water. Drink at a steady pace throughout your training session. It is recommended to take MPS MAX or EAA separately to complement your amino acid intake during training.
