Doctor's Best Stabilized R-Lipoic Acid provides 100 mg of R-Lipoic Acid per vegetable capsule, derived from Sodium R-alpha Lipoate (Na-RALA), a stabilized salt form of this naturally occurring form of alpha lipoic acid. Unlike synthetic racemic blends, R-Lipoic Acid is the isomer found in the body.

Each capsule also contains 150 mcg of D-Biotin (600% of the daily reference intake).

Usage & Dosage
