Ingredients

Nordic Flora Daily Blend 92 mg: Total Cultures 12 billion CFU — Lactobacillus acidophilus DDS-1, Bifidobacterium lactis , Bifidobacterium longum , Bifidobacterium bifidum ; FOS (fructooligosaccharides) 20 mg. Other Ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, capsule (vegetable cellulose), silica.

Capsule shell: vegetable cellulose.

Usage & Dosage

Two capsules daily, with or before a meal, preferably in the morning, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner or pharmacist.
