Trained by JP EAA + Hydration is a complete formula of essential amino acids designed to support your training nutrition. Each 10g serving provides all nine essential amino acids that the body cannot produce on its own and must get through diet or supplementation, making it a convenient addition to your training routine.

Usage & Dosage
Mix 1–2 scoops (10g per scoop) with 300–400ml cold water in your shaker. Suitable to take before, during or after training. Do not exceed the recommended dose.
