Ingredients

Essential Amino Acid Blend (Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine, Lysine, Threonine, Phenylalanine, Methionine, Histidine, Tryptophan), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Sodium Bicarbonate, Flavouring, Magnesium Oxide, Potassium Chloride, Sweetener (Sucralose), Salt, Colouring (E133*).

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1–2 scoops (10g per scoop) with 300–400ml cold water in your shaker. Suitable to take before, during or after training.
