Jarrow Formulas B-Right® is a complete B-complex supplement that provides all eight essential B vitamins in a single vegetarian capsule, formulated with premium, bioavailable forms of each nutrient. Highlights include Vitamin B6 supplied as both Pyridoxine HCl and the active coenzyme form Pyridoxal 5-Phosphate, Folate as the metabolically active form (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), and Vitamin B12 as Methylcobalamin — forms the body can readily utilise.

The formula is further enriched with Pantethine, Choline and Inositol for a well-rounded profile that goes beyond a standard B-complex. Thiamine contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and functioning of the nervous system. Riboflavin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Niacin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and psychological function. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule once daily with a meal or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Warnings

WARNING: This product contains Biotin which may interfere with lab/blood tests, and Nicotinic Acid which may cause a niacin flush, especially on an empty stomach. Symptoms of Nicotinic Acid flush are temporary and may include burning, tingling, itching sensations, skin redness, dizziness and/or shortness of breath. If a strong reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use. Consult a healthcare professional before using this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 years of age, taking medication (especially anti-epileptics and cytostatics) or have a medical condition; discontinue use if any adverse reactions occur. Keep out of reach of children.
