Jarro-Dophilus + FOS from Jarrow Formulas is a multi-strain probiotic dietary supplement that combines six probiotic strains with Inulin-FOS (FructoOligoSaccharides) to support a balanced gut flora. Each vegetarian capsule provides 3.4 billion CFU from a carefully selected proprietary blend, making it a convenient daily choice for both adults and children.

The six strains, including Bifidobacterium longum BB536, Lactobacillus rhamnosus R0011, and Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14, are combined with 210 mg Inulin-FOS per serving. FructoOligoSaccharides are prebiotic fibres naturally found in many plants.

Ingredients

Proprietary Probiotic Blend (3.4 Billion CFU) ( B. longum BB536, L. casei R0215, L. rhamnosus R0011, Lactobacillus acidophilus LA-14, L. plantarum R1012, B. lactis Bl-04), Inulin-FOS (FructoOligoSaccharides) 210 mg. Other ingredients: tapioca starch, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), ascorbic acid (antioxidant) and calcium phosphate.

Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule 1–3 times daily with or shortly after a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare provider. For infants and children, open the capsules and mix the contents with water, uncooked liquids such as fruit juice, or food.
