Jarrow Formulas Beta Glucan provides 250 mg Saccharomyces cerevisiae extract per capsule, providing at least 75% (188 mg) long, branched β1,3/β1,6 glucans — a well-studied form of soluble dietary fibre derived from baker's yeast. This carefully standardised extract is designed to provide a consistent, high-potency dose in one convenient capsule a day.

β1,3/β1,6 type beta-glucans are among the most studied polysaccharides in nutritional science. The long, branched chain structure found in yeast-derived glucans is considered particularly relevant for supporting general wellbeing as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

Every batch is formulated without wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts or sesame, making the product suitable for people with many common food sensitivities. With 60 capsules per pack, a single pack lasts a full two months at the recommended daily dose.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule once daily on an empty stomach with a full glass of water, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
