COMPOSITION:
Probiotic blend of strains (L.rhamnosus, Pedicoccus acidilactici, B.longum, B.breve, L.helveticus, L.casei, L.plantarum, Lactococcus lactis), potato starch, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), vitamin C, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Contains milk and soy (in trace amounts).

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
1 capsule up to 4 times daily with water or juice, preferably on an empty stomach

Other Ingredients: Potato starch, capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), enteric coating (hypromellose, ethylcellulose, sodium alginate, medium chain triglycerides [modified coconut oil], oleic acid, stearic acid [vegetable source]), magnesium stearate (vegetable source) and ascorbic acid (antioxidant).
