About Jarrow Formulas – BoneUp Capsules – 120 capsules
Jarrow Formulas BoneUp is formulated with Microcrystalline Hydroxyapatite — the same calcium phosphate matrix found in human bone — together with Magnesium, Vitamin D3, Vitamin K2 (as naturally derived MK-7), Vitamin C, Zinc, Copper, Manganese, Potassium and Boron. Each serving provides these nutrients in the amounts shown below.
Vitamin D contributes to normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. Manganese contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
With 120 capsules per pack and a recommended daily dose of 6 capsules (taken in divided doses with meals), BoneUp lasts for 20 days at the full dosage level. It is formulated without wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish/shellfish, peanuts/tree nuts or sesame, making it suitable for those with various common dietary sensitivities.

Usage & Dosage
Adults take 2 capsules 3 times daily (6 total) with meals to facilitate maximum absorption, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
