Ingredients

Active Ingredient: Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH) 100 mg. Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (modified coconut oil), sunflower lecithin, beeswax, rosemary extract (antioxidant), mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).

Softgel shell: bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel (color), carob extract.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 softgel 1 to 3 times per day with a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare provider. Recommended daily serving: 3 softgels (300 mg ubiquinol).
