Jarrow Formulas Ubiquinol QH-absorb provides 200 mg of Ubiquinol per softgel, in the premium form Kaneka QH® — the active, reduced form of Coenzyme Q10. Each softgel is formulated in a base of medium chain triglycerides and sunflower lecithin.

Each package contains 90 softgels, providing a full 90-day supply at the recommended dose of one softgel per day. The formula is gluten-free and lactose-free, and is stabilized with rosemary extract, mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate to maintain quality throughout the shelf life.

Ingredients

Ubiquinol (Kaneka QH®) 200 mg. Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (modified coconut oil), sunflower lecithin, beeswax, rosemary extract (antioxidant), mixed tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).

Softgel shell: bovine gelatin, glycerin, water, caramel (color), carob extract.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 softgel daily with a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
