Jarrow Formulas Citrus Bergamot provides a concentrated 500 mg extract of Citrus bergamia fruit per capsule, standardized to 30% polyphenolic flavanones (150 mg). Each dose provides a defined profile of naturally occurring compounds — neohesperidin, naringin, neoeriocitrin, brutieridin and melitidin — making it easy to get a consistent dose of bergamot polyphenols in your daily routine.

Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is a citrus fruit that originates from the Calabria region of southern Italy and has attracted growing scientific interest thanks to its rich content of flavanones. Ingredients

Citrus Bergamot Extract (Citrus bergamia (Fruit) (30% [150 mg] polyphenolic flavanones comprised of neohesperidin, naringin, neoeriocitrin, brutieridin and melitidin)) 500 mg. Other Ingredients: magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.

Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily before a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
