Jarrow Formulas Citrus Bergamot provides 500 mg standardized fruit extract of Citrus bergamia per vegetarian capsule, with a consistent content of 30% polyphenolic flavanones — equivalent to 150 mg active flavanones per serving. Bergamot (Citrus bergamia) is a fragrant citrus fruit grown mainly in the Calabria region of southern Italy, and has become the subject of growing scientific interest due to its rich and distinctive polyphenol profile.

Each serving contains a carefully characterized blend of naturally occurring flavanones — neohesperidin, naringin, neoeriocitrin, brutieridin and melitidin — compounds found in uniquely high concentrations in the bergamot fruit. Ingredients

Citrus Bergamot Extract (Citrus bergamia (Fruit) (30% [150 mg] polyphenolic flavanones comprised of neohesperidin, naringin, neoeriocitrin, brutieridin and melitidin)) 500 mg. Other Ingredients: magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose and silicon dioxide.

Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule 1–2 times daily before a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare practitioner.
