Jarrow Formulas PS 100 provides 100 mg Phosphatidylserine (PS) per softgel, made from sunflower lecithin (Helianthus annuus) seed oil. Phosphatidylserine is a naturally occurring phospholipid that is an integral part of cell membranes, particularly present in brain tissue.

Each softgel is formulated with medium chain triglycerides. With up to three softgels per day, Jarrow Formulas PS 100 offers flexible dosing tailored to individual needs. Phosphatidylserine (PS) from Lecithin (Sunflower) ( Helianthus annuus ) Seed Oil 100 mg. Other Ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides (modified palm and palm kernel oil), sunflower lecithin, silicon dioxide, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant), ascorbyl palmitate (antioxidant).

Capsule shell: bovine gelatin, glycerin, water.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 softgel 1–3 times daily with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
