Jarrow Formulas EPA-DHA Balance provides a concentrated fish oil formula that delivers 2000 mg of fish oil concentrate per serving, with a carefully balanced ratio of 800 mg EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) to 400 mg DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Each serving contains 1200 mg total omega-3 fatty acids, sourced from anchovy, sardine and mackerel — species known for their naturally high omega-3 content.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. These are approved health claims established by EFSA.

Each bottle contains 120 softgels, which is enough for 60 days at the recommended serving size.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 2 softgels once daily with a meal, or as directed by your qualified healthcare provider.
