Jarrow Formulas EPA-DHA Balance is a concentrated fish oil formula providing 2 000 mg fish oil concentrate per serving, with a carefully balanced ratio of 800 mg EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 400 mg DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). This 2:1 ratio of EPA to DHA is designed to provide a well-balanced omega-3 profile sourced from anchovy, sardine and mackerel – small, sustainably common, oilier fish known for their naturally high omega-3 content.

DHA contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart. Each pack of 240 softgels provides 120 servings, making it a convenient, long-lasting addition to your daily routine.

Ingredients

Fish oil concentrate (contains omega-3 fatty acids: EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid), DHA (docosahexaenoic acid)), natural flavouring, mixed tocopherols (antioxidant).

Softgel shell: gelatin, glycerin, purified water.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 2 softgels once daily with a meal, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional. Alternatively: 1 softgel 1–2 times daily with a meal.
