Alpha lipoic acid, biotin, calcium phosphate, cellulose, glyceryl behenate, fatty acids (vegetable source), beet root powder (color), natural vanilla flavour, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), carbomer, silicon dioxide, food-grade coating.

Alpha Lipoic Acid	600 mg
Biotin	660 mcg

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 tablet 1-2 times daily with meals or as directed by a physician
