Jarrow Formulas R-Alpha Lipoic Acid with Biotin offers a carefully composed combination of two well-known nutrients in one convenient vegetarian capsule. Each daily dose contains 100 mg R-Alpha Lipoic Acid — the naturally occurring, biologically active form — from Sodium R-alpha Lipoate (Na-RALA), a stabilised salt form.

To complement the R-ALA, each capsule also contains 150 mcg Biotin (as d-Biotin), equivalent to 300% of the EU reference intake.

The product comes in a vegetarian and vegan capsule made from hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) and is free from gluten, milk, soy, egg, fish, shellfish, peanuts, tree nuts and sesame — making it a clean choice for those with common dietary needs.

Capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 capsule once daily or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
