Usage & Dosage

Adults take 1 softgel once daily with a fat-containing meal, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.

Individuals consuming more than 50 mcg (2000 IU) of vitamin D per day should regularly measure their serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D.
