Jarrow Formulas MagMind provides magnesium in the form of Magnesium L-Threonate — a well-studied form of magnesium developed for its ability to effectively cross biological barriers. Each serving of three veggie capsules provides 144 mg of elemental magnesium, corresponding to 38% of the reference intake, from 2 000 mg Magnesium L-Threonate.

Ingredients

Magnesium L-Threonate. Other ingredients: Magnesium stearate (vegetable source), microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.

Capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, water.

Usage & Dosage

Adults take three capsules a day: two capsules during the day and one capsule an hour before sleep, with or without food, or as directed by your qualified healthcare provider.
