Jarrow Formulas Arginine-Citrulline Sustain provides a combination of two amino acids — L-Arginine and L-Citrulline — in a convenient, slow-release tablet format. Each serving contains 500 mg L-Arginine (Free Base) and 500 mg L-Citrulline (Free Base), together with vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate.
L-Citrulline is a naturally occurring amino acid. Jarrow Formulas provides both L-Arginine and L-Citrulline together in every tablet.

Usage & Dosage
Adults take 2 tablets 1–2 times daily on an empty stomach before a meal, or as directed by a qualified healthcare professional.
